Searching for a Rural Property

Aquitaine Invest specialises in helping clients acquire rural properties, including former farmhouses with some land. Working closely with our partners SAFER (the French Government agency responsible for promoting the rural economy) we conduct a focused search for properties and projects that meet a client's precise requirements. Many of the properties we have access to may not be available with other agents on the open market. We do recommend you to register for membership of AQ+ so we can work effectively on your behalf.

There are no up-front charges for our service, and no fees payable unless a transaction proceeds to completion. Our remuneration is by way of sales commission, so you will be able to negotiate on the basis of the advertised purchase price including selling agents' commission in the usual way.

Searching for Working Farms or Projects

Because of the commercially sensitive nature of the information we hold in relation to sales of working farms and vineyards, relatively little detail will be disclosed on our websites. If you are interested in talking to us about specific projects, then the first step is to register for membership of AQ+. We will then be happy to give every assistance in finding the right business for you. Our fees are normally included in the sales commission in the event of a transaction proceeding. However, we will also be pleased to discuss options for independent advice in the event that we are not selling agents in respect of the project in question.
